For every product, there is a document in the 'non-encrypted' portion (the top click list) of In an Instant that is named, "ABOUT [The Product Name]." This document contains many answers to questions you might have regarding the product offering. Included in this document are system requirements (including hardware, software, memory and special requirements), pricing information, a list of the application files you will receive via In an Instant, documentation information, Nautilus customer support contacts, and contact information for the publisher of the product.
The other files in the 'non-encrypted' portion of IaI are designed to allow you to become more familiar with the product. Screen grabs, audio files and more are available to you and if there is a demo of the product, you can "try before you buy."
